Last summer vacation, we had a great time learning a lot of famous exciting English song with about 30 talented young people.  Boys and girls alike enjoyed each English song as we try to understand the meaning of each line. Students were thrilled by series of voice exercises as they pose to be classical singers. It’s really fun to watch them project this posture as they themselves laugh when the music teacher starts giving them cue to be ready to sing.  After a while, the students get used to it, and without knowing, they are already singing harmoniously as the conductor wave his hands.  Students were trained to sing different types of song: from soft-angelic music to danceable fast beat.  Meanwhile, kids are kids, so they really had grand time doing the action songs with lots of body movements.
        The teens’ group on the other hand, enjoys pop music with different voice arrangement. That batch performed quite well as compared with the previous groups, as each of them love music very much. They have nice voice quality, outgoing personality, willingness to learn new things and of course, confidence!  It takes a lot of guts to stand in front and do what is ask for you to do with out any reservation.  
        Well, those are today’s kids!  They are so fortunate to have joined this kind of program, for they have this opportunity to advance themselves improving their artistic skills as they practice English while interacting with their Foreign Music teachers.
