 The school is responsible for application and pay the fee.  

The school is responsible for applying family member visa. The visa fee will be paid by the teacher for his family members.

The school is responsible for payment.

Cooking utensils provided. The teacher will pay his or her own meal.

The school will pay the lease fee of the apartment.
The teacher will pay the apartment management fee, water, gas, power, tel., digit TV. Internet access fee. 
The school will provide the apartment with 1-3 bedrooms, 1-2 sitting rooms, 1-2bathrooms, equipped with European toilet, bathtub/shower, washing machine, English Channel, refrigerator, complete set of furniture, color TV, air-conditioning, kitchen, microwave/oven, internet access, computer, 24 hours supply of electricity/water/gas, etc.

The teacher will pay the transportation fee for going to work at New Window Head School from his apartment. If the teacher is assigned to work at the place not at New Window head school, the taxi allowance will be refund depends on the distance. 

Supermarket, Internet Bar, Bar, Park, Laundry, Bus Station, Hospital, Restaurant, etc.
